camera2 api, why my picture are zoomed like a video?

I'm making an app with xamarin android to take photo and later elaborate it. I started the implemention from https://developer.xamarin.com/samples/monodroid/android5.0/Camera2Basic/. The app works well on different device except samsung galaxy a3 where both preview and saved image are "zoomed" like in a video. What I'm missing?
