Convert a known hex value into multiple dcimal values

I have a long value, lets call it [A], of different decimal number combined; I also have a long value, lets call it [B]; of different hex number combined; is there any way i can split [B] in to multiple small hex number group and link those group to the different decimal number included in [A] ?

no any idea/clu so far, drives me crazy need some help plz T_T
