I would like to create custom filters on data in my google spreadhsheet.
I have the following test-sheet created:

I have created above test-filters, which currently do not work.
I am aware that you can use the spreadsheet filter button to create filters for the columns. However, I would like to create these custom filters to filter the data below.
Is there any way to set the filters in the column manually?
