How do you draw to the screen on windows (I'm not sure if it changes between different OSs) with a local JS file? I know in an html file you can create a canvas and write or import a script, but is there any way to open a .js file and draw directly to the screen? If not, what languages can draw to the screen? Thanks! (also, if C# could do this please let me know)
