Hi! I have problem to activate the Geo API with Google Tag Manager

I have problem to activate the Geo API. I don't receive the proper information in the data layer.

when I type the javascript code from https://www.geoplugin.com/ I don't receive any information in the data layer. I have tried to use the GTM plugin by Thomas Geiger, but when I typed the IPStack.com API key I got You have not supplied a valid API Access Key. Can someone tell me how I can activate the geo API api.ipstack with the GTM plugin by Thomas Geiger?
