How do I group an array by group size in php?

Hi I am trying to take my array and make groups out of it. For example if I have 26 items in my Array and I say I want a group size of 5 then it should output 5 groups of 5 and 1 group of 1 which will say incomplete

I am trying to say I want a group with 3 people in it and have the groups then populate with random users until there is no users left
