How to draw a graph like this image?

I'm developing an app and on one of the layouts I need to draw a chart like this

The top line is Monday - Sunday, the bottom line is the time spent on a certain activity. I need to also draw a curve that shows the trend, and there is a vertical line for each day in the week.

I've spent some time on Internet to look for graph libraries, but couldn't find a suitable one, if you guys know of any way to do this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
