In AEM in touch UI, why the default components are appearing in right side upon selecting the parsys?

click here to see the screenshotAs you can see in the screenshot, upon selecting any parsys, the default components(Add component/ Parent) are appearing at the right side.Does anyone knows how to resolve or why is it appearing?
