I've got code set up for a client who wants to be able to pay users who refer a large number of other users to our site. The code appears to be making calls just fine for Sandbox, but won't work when I switch to live. I'm also not getting any debug ID, so there's no way I'm aware of to figure out what exactly is going on. Should the PayPal API be delivering me a debug ID I can investigate?
