Can't get access to files, but Downloads folder on Chromium

When i'm trying to, for example, upload a file to a website, i can't do it, if the file isn't in my Downloads folder. When i'm trying to click at, f.e., Desktop folder it throws me to Downloads again.

Information: Chromium Version 69.0.3497.92 (Developer Build) built on Debian buster/sid, running on Debian stable (64-bit)
