Is there a way for me to merge a client-uploaded audio and video file?

I've looked but I haven't found any solutions.

So, the user uploads an .mp3 and an .mp4, and a new .mp4 (or any kind of video file) is created, which has the video source from the supplied .mp4, and the audio source from the supplied .mp3. Simple concept but I'm not sure at all how to implement this.
