Getting “Could not retrieve catalog from remote server”

While running the Puppet agent, I am getting the below error.

Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 500 on SERVER: Server Error: Could not find resource

'Exec[Cost Avoid - SDK Hash - Java-1.8_64_Bundled]' for relationship from 'Exec[/opt/was/PUPPET_WAS_SDK_REPORT_SCRIPT/wassdkhashreport.sh]' on node test-node

And the below warning.

Not using cache on failed catalog
