I want the only dog image by removing the barricade(iron rods)which appears in fornt of the dog from the given image .

I want the only dog image by removing the barricade(iron rods)which appears in fornt of the dog from the given image.

Does anybody have any idea to remove those iron rods from the given image. Please help me out. Thanks.
