wants to know about push notifications in expo

hi every one,i want to know from all of you that i am developing an app in react native on expo..now all the things set up properly and now i want to get notification if any things happens in my app like some one like my post or comments etc..the questions is that should i should expo push notification or one signal push notification and why ? thanks in advance..
