why my intellij idea doesnt have the option named “GitHub” on VCS — check out from version control

Go to File > Settings > Plugins and search for GitHub and Git Integration then install those. A restart might be required in order to apply the changes.

I had already install these plugins.But it is not useful.This problem still exists.I can resolve these operation on git.But i still wish the option work in the IDE.
