AngularJS - Conflict using bootstrap.min.js and ui-bootstrap-tpls-0.11.2.js

I need the bootstrap.min.js for my bootbox alert and others and also I need ui-bootstrap-tpls-0.11.2.js for my autocomplete (typeahead) function. I notice in my menu bar that I have to click it twice before it scroll down to show the sub menus.

What is the best way to do for this? Any opinions professionals.
