Apple developer account paid application - no option to agree the agreement

I have created an apple developer account and provided all the necessary documents and tax information. Now, I see the below message in my apple connect page but left with no choice to agree the license agreement. Please let me know if we are missing anything. There is a 'View' Link but, View and Agree option is not available in the apps grid.
