Apple Mac book pro 2011 No camera connected issue

I am not able to connect to my web cam on Macbook pro2011, I have tried All kind of restarts and also below commands in terminal but no luck

commands used:

1. sudo killall VDACAssistant

2.sudo killall AppleCameraAssistant

Please suggest me to trouble shoot this issue..
