Can't add rows to datagridtextcolumn c#

So everybody online says that you should add rows to the datagrid by saying this: enter image description here

But now in 2018 you aren't able to call Rows anymore on a datagrid.. Please someone help because i can't find anywhere on the internet how it should be fixed.
