Can't connect to VM via office PC, but can from home computer

Good day,

I have created the trial vm instance for my company. I could log in and install software from my home personal computer via RDP, but today at work, I can't seem to log in via RDP. Firewall was disbaled, I inserted the port in the av firewall as exception to allow connection.
