Convert existing Angular 4 app to Android app

I have an Angular 4 app consuming web api built with Express & MongoDB. Is there a way to convert this existing app into Android app using cordova or something like that.

Please, note that I don't want to rebuild the whole app using Ioinic. I'm curious if I can convert the existing Angular 4 app to Android app.
