DAX - HOW TO CREATE A MEASURE SHOWING AN ORDER NUMBER WITH A LOWEST VALUE

I have a created a measure called Contribution Margin which is essentially Revenue - Cost of Sales

I now want to create another measure which shows the order number with the lowest Contribution Margin.

The measure Contribution Margin is built off the GL table and order number also comes off the GL Table
