Hi everybody

I am interested in having a function which provides me the hourly sum of the quarterly values of the column (in the picture called S21 RES<1.3). In other words, the new value should be the sum of (23.00 + 23.15 + 23.30 + 23.45) values and so on for each hour of each day. Please, smart people, help me
