export long number from sql to csv file

when i export data like 16407010046855 to csv file , i get 1.6407E+13 (then i have to change the cell definition into number in order to see the full number). how can i export this data to csv without ant intervention on the csv file ? i'm using Windows-1255 encoding for the csv file
