How to make an android app that recieve notification from arduino using wifi shield (Anti theft device)?

I should make an anti theft project with

  • arduino uno ,

  • wifi shield esp,

  • motion sensor,

  • a buzzer

I already finished a little part by connecting buzzer motion sensor, when the sensor sense a motion the buzzer do the noise and I don't know how to make an android app that receive a notification when the sensor sense something using the wi-fi shield (esp826)
