How to play KML Touring with Sound and how do it with mobile device?

On this page https://developers.google.com/kml/documentation/touring#adding-sound Google explains how to create kml tour and how to add sound.

1. Is it possible to hear the sound with Chrome or other browsers? With Chrome, going to https://earth.google.com and importing kml, you can start the tour but the mp3 sound does not work.

2. Is it possible to view a kml tour on mobile device? Importing the kml on the Google Earth app I see markers and tracks, but no play animation button.
