I am creating chat type application and iterate data according to time stamp

I want to create chat application data is sending properly but when I am getting previous data it comes like

its a long string and each chat is dividing by '#' and 'CDSL' is user type after CDSL '-' chat message is present. i want to iterate messages like this. Ant refernce how I split this string and view according to attached image.
