Launch Google Map Application with multiple marker Data

I have to Launch Google Map application from Ionic Application to show multiple marker between source and destination. Is it possible to pass multiple marker Data(latitude,longitude) from Ionic app? and also based on the marker latitude and longitude to display the weather information.
