Need help defining form submission recipient in contact_me.js

So the Bootstrap template I'm working now has a really nice simple contact form. However, after combing through the .js file, I can't for the life of me figure out how to define a recipient for submissions.... i.e user submits form, form gets emailed to: me@domain.com, me2@domain.com
