Not able to parse 8583 message header

on

I am using nucleus8583.core to parse 8583 messages. this is ISO8583 message "ISO006000040080082200000000000000040000000000000001218053326015614001" which contains header ="ISO006000040" and msg="080082200000000000000040000000000000001218053326015614001". 1. Can I split or separate message and header using nucleus8583.core?
2. Do MTI and header have one to one mapping?
