problems with java in eclipse

I get the following error message:

Error occurred during initialization of boot layer
java.lang.LayerInstantiationException: Package jdk.internal.jimage.decompressor 
in both module java.base and module jrt.fs

I have already found a solution in Stackoverflow, unfortunately it does not work for me. Since then I try to completely delete Java via terminal and to download new.

Unfortunately, it can not be deleted. still have java version 11 on it.

I do not get it...
