Python Interpreter not working what to do?

My python INterpreter is showing error Errors are as follows:

Fatal Python error:_Py_InitializeMainInterpreter: can't initialize time

Overflowerror: timestamp too large to convert to C _Pytime_t   

I've already tried to uninstalled and then installed the python INterpreter
