regular expression for pakistani mobile numbers

on 
((\+92)|(0092))-{0,1}\d{3}-{0,1}\d{7}?|\d{11}?|\d{4}-\d{7}?

I am usiing this expression to search pakistani mobile numbers but the problem is that it is also searching other number who are not mobile numbers

I want to make this expression like that it will only search a number which start from 0092, +92, 03

Please help me
