Repository for Ransomware source and executable files

I'm doing a research about Ransomware attacks and in need for ransomware dataset (Actual source file and executable). I found a github Repo called "TheZoo" that offers Malware files in general (barely contains ransomware files). Could anyone please guide me where I could find such data. Also, if there exist there corresponding static and dynamic analysis.
