Unable to integrate c programming file in my android project

I am trying to add a c program in my android project with the help of this video link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mF9fYdXfSD8&t=371s). But Jnilib file is not generating even though i follow the steps explained in video

I want a JniLib file to be generated but file is not generated
