Flask loads only some parts of the css file

I have a css problem with Flask Running my app.py only "header" and "h2" of the style.css works. Is it possible to detect how many times the user opened other installed apps? If yes then how can we do this? For those who are saying not possible:- Screenshot of app available on playstore which is displaying usage counts
