What is PRID in Asp.net Windows Authentication? How to obtain it?

I'm working on a part of a distributed project. This project uses PRID from Windows authentication as a primary key for each user in the intranet system.

What is PRID? and how to obtain an authenticated user's on Asp.Net application with Windows Authentication.

Can anyone help?
