Detecting blocked content and filling the div with other content if blocked

I manage the website for our high school. Our high school blocks Facebook for students while they are at school with a CIPA filter. We want to add our facebook feed to the website but not have it break the design for the student's at school. Can we detect if content has been blocked by the filter and then fill the div with different content if it has been blocked?
