Removed Ubuntu's driver form Windows then boot is messed up

I had dual boot for both win 7 and Ubuntu 18.0 .. I decided to delete Ubuntu so I logged in win 7 and used dsk management tool to delete Ubuntu root and swap partitions. After this I restarted pc to find an error about grub.

What made it worst that I tried to fix it by going into bios setting (F2) and reseted to default settings

Now it can't boot into hdd or even bootable usb sticks trying to install win 7 or 8 .

"No bootable device insert boot disk and press any key"

I even backed up all of my data and formatted the whole hdd to make sure that everything is clean. And still it is not booting into hdd or bootable usb.
