How Configure SMS Caster Device With a php Website?

I'm developing a school Management System in Codeigniter. In which I have to send Messages to Parents, For this Purpose I've to use SMS Caster Device to Send Automate Conditional Messages through that deceive. But I don't know any method to configure that device with my website. Please guide me right way to configure device with my website.
