I'm wondering if anyone is kind enough to explain the best process to create a script in Python that takes the entries in a CSV file and makes them viewable in a python terminal as pages. With the added bonus of being able to toggle page up/down via a simple input line at the end of every page that recognises 0 for down and 1 for up.
Can anyone help please?!
