Unity3d: Lighting in build is darker than in editor

I'm on Unity 2018.2.14f1.

I'm building a VR science lab scene using HTC Vive. When I play my scene in the Unity Editor my lighting looks fine. I have four point lights and they are as bright as I want (Figure 1). However, when I Build for Windows my lighting is much darker than what I expect (Figure 2). I've been looking at forums but they seem to address the opposite problem (which when I try their solution or the opposite, it still doesn't work for me). My Lighting Settings are included too (Figure 3).
