Add Google Map Starred Places/Bookmarks to Shared Map

Unfortunately there isn't an option to share Starred Places(Bookmarks) via Google Maps, and I'd like to add all of the places on a Map for a personal site.

So far, I've came across an option to export the unlabeled Bookmarks as an HTML, but was wondering if there was a more efficient way via Google Maps API.
