I want to design a web application fast. I know how to program but i doubt if i will make a product as skilled as an experienced freelancer. I am not good at graphical designing, building a security tested and robust code with strong error handling so forth. Thought of CMS but not really sure how to make an application with them. Just used them once to add contents to a university website. I know a freelancer would do a superb job. But then why pay 5 thousand dollars or more for something i can do albeit in 10 month to a year. Anyone knows any foriegn freelancers who could do the job for a couple of hundreds. A web application with code to handle financial flow from local bank to the application account, account creation, neat graphics with content, western union or paypal integration for oversea money transfers accessible only for admins. Most of this programming tasks have been standardized so i am sure i can have a product fast with no hassle for the developer. But i need a SECURE code with SUPERB graphics. Please help.
