Deploying Flask app (with mysqlalchemy database) and templates as front end with docker-compose

I know that this is a really vague question and I already tried watching vids and reading posts, too, about this. But how do I exactly deploy my simple CRUD flask app with templates into docker like how do i create the docker-compose files, how many dockerfiles do i need etc. If someone can give me a guide or something it'll be really helpful. (can also provide link to my app if needed)
