Flex compatibility with IE 10

My Application is not working in IE 10 as i have used angular flex in the application.

Do we have any way to make it compatibility with IE 10?

Error: The animation trigger "fadeOutAnimation" has failed to build due to the following errors: - The provided animation property "flex" is not a supported CSS property for animations
