How to toast a word when longclick, longclick and move to toast text on bettween touch down and touch up point?

I am using a Webview for my app.

• I need to toast a word when there is a double tap or longclick on this word.
• I need to make a toast between the touchdown point and touchup point when long clicked.

I need help. Thank you!
