How can I disable the xx.reg files' confirmation popups,

When i started the xx.reg files I saw three popup messages:

1. Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?(Yes/No)
2. Are you sure you want to continue?(Yes/No)
3. after changes information message

My reg files:
