Return all non blank values in a column dynamically

I am not sure if my use of the word "dynamically" is correct but basically I am trying to figure out how to identify a column (named "Location" For example) where the name remains consistent but is not necessarily in the same location each time its opened. I would than like to return the values of the column to the next sheet in the workbook.

I think if I can find out how that expression is made I can hobble together enough simple code to get by.
