Can't acces RaspberryPi from Internet?

on

i need your help with my raspberry Pi, and i am new to Linux.

I have setup a 2TB Ftp Server at home, and i can access it easy with: ftp://192.168.178.27 from my local wifi

but i want to make it accessible from everywhere (yes i know my ip changes every day, but i already ordered a DynDns Domain from starto)

Now to the problem: some how i cant acces my pi! Not with ping <publicIP> or with ftp://<publicIP>

Can some help find the right configuration for my raspberry or my fritz box.
